这个档案不是我翻译的，是从 IntelliPoint 6.1 里面挖出来的，
这个翻译是微软外包给翻译厂商的，找了许多不同的 dwintl.dll 都有同样的翻译错误，
因为需由微软做统一的版本管理，所以我就不在这里浪费时间了，
建议您可以跟微软反应这个问题。
