"New Login in a Window" Gnome option gives error message

I am running Debian Lenny (2.6.26) with GNOME. Recently I noticed the following option "New Login in a Window". See the image here.

When I click on it, I get the following error message:

Cannot start new display.
X server failed. Perhaps it is not configured well.

找到答案了, sudo apt-get install xnest 就可了
