最近HTC推出的PDA手机，大部分都采用Qualcomm MSM7k这颗CPU，但是说真的并不是每只手机都针对该颗CPU有撰写专门的驱动程式，导致无法发挥该颗CPU独有的QTV模式。

Qualcomm's Qtv™ solution is a feature-rich software video decoder that enables mobile devices to stream, download and play back multimedia content.
