最近HTC推出的PDA手機，大部分都採用Qualcomm MSM7k這顆CPU，但是說真的並不是每隻手機都針對該顆CPU有撰寫專門的驅動程式，導致無法發揮該顆CPU獨有的QTV模式。
什麼是 QTV
Qualcomm's Qtv™ solution is a feature-rich software video decoder that enables mobile devices to stream, download and play back multimedia content. This software solution has been integrated and optimized for Qualcomm's chipset solutions, ensuring high performance for better user mobile video experiences.
