NTSC (National Television Standards Committee)
在1950年由美国提出并订定的电视视讯规格系统，主要采用区域为北美、日本、部分南非洲地区以及台湾，规格为：525 horizontal lines (Only 487 lines are used for picture)， 60 fields per second(30frames，2 fields Interlace=1frame)。

PAL (Phase Alternating Line)系统
由德国发展，主要采用区域为欧洲、中国大陆、非洲、马来西亚、澳洲、纽西兰、中亚地区，规格为：625 horizontal lines(Only 576 lines are used for picture)，50 fields (25 frames) per second。
