I am sorry that I can't write Chinese in the office.
I have 2 hard drives and installed with English XP pro. The non OS hard drive was partitioned into 3 drives (say C,D & E). I got the Chinese XP self installed SP2 from this web site and I was trying to install that into drive E. And when it was completed I have 2 OS but I only have d drive as the second drive other than the first drive with English XP and C,D & E are gone with C & D as recongnised as non formated drive a ..

我在想....或許是因為它的磁碟分割的格式不一樣....
英文XP <== FAT   格式
中文XP <== NTFS 格式

導致於他無法去存取到中文的磁碟槽... <=有點忘了(當兵真的會讓一個人變呆)

1. XP 就算是FAT 也可以讀其他 NTFS 分區, 所以不關FAT/NTFS 事; 亦不關中英文事;

Also when I switched to the English XP drive d is not accessible or readable.

另一硬碟不可能有C, 除非把第一硬碟隱藏;

C,D & E are gone with C & D as recongnised as non formated drive as one piece

可能灌時:
把 Partition Table 弄壞了;
把其他分區刪除了...

4. 單灌完系統不會有甚麼特別安全設定, 應該不關事;

解決:
==> 去 diskmgmt.msc 看看顯示甚麼 <== ***最重要, 最有可能顯示是甚麼問題***
亦要檢查是否硬碟本身問題
或中毒?

我想問題差不多解決了^^

情況如下,在英文版下,不能開啟中文槽,unaccessible.
中文版下可以開啟英文槽.
兩個版都是NTFS.
我想當我format中文版時入E槽時，它同時將C,D槽轉換成unallocated.問題現在已經修窄了，C,D槽已找回了．
現在小弟正找尋一個好的程式來找C,D槽已失之資料及如何令E槽的中文版消失．
說來話長，做咁多嘢原先也只為英文版下，很多繁簡體的程式都變成一大堆亂碼，網上所介紹消除亂碼的方法又不
全面．或者，這裡如有有心人，便請多多指教，再謝過．
不過，一來一回，現在對已經不像以前般害怕，好事一件．
