Purva Northern Lights is a new apartment project by Puravankara Limited. It is in prelaunch stage and located at KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, Karnataka. The project spreads across 25 acres and has 8 tall towers. These homes come as 2, 3, and 4 BHK units. Sizes range from 1010 sq. ft to 2400 sq. ft. There are over 2600 homes in total. Each tower has 2 basement levels, a ground floor, and 31 floors. Prices start from Rs. 1.3 crore. Possession is set for 31 December 2029. RERA number is NA.
